Accomplished IT and Network Engineering professional with a long-standing background in the information technology industry, specialising in cybersecurity, advanced networking, and enterprise IT governance. I possess deep technical expertise across Microsoft technologies, Juniper and Cisco systems, virtualization platforms, and cloud-based solutions. My career includes leadership roles in cybersecurity architecture, strategic IT consultancy, and infrastructure optimisation for both SMEs and larger enterprises.
I have extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange Email Server from very early versions through the latest, including database recovery, advanced troubleshooting, mail flow tracking, and large-scale migrations to Office 365, having successfully migrated over 1,000 users. I am proficient in setting up and troubleshooting Microsoft DNS servers, managing various SSL certificate implementations, and working with virtualization systems such as Hyper-V and VMware. I also have excellent working knowledge of Apple macOS environments. In addition, I possess strong expertise in email systems, phishing techniques, spoofing methods (e.g., domain spoofing, email header manipulation), and authentication protocols such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, enabling the implementation and analysis of secure, resilient email infrastructures.
